It started with mugs -- how do you mail a mug cheaply without it breaking? Well, we got to work thinking about it, and discovered lots of ways to make the process of mailing mugs simple and reliable.  We even figured out ways to mail certain styles of mugs by bulk mail -- which yields something near $3.00 in postage savings on each mug we send!  In the 20+ years since we started mailing mugs for our clients, we've probably shipped a couple million mugs -- with almost no breakage, and saving our clients money and headaches along the way.

Since that time, our clients have asked us how to fulfill lots of things -- tshirts and totebags, of course, but also some pretty strange things (live tadpoles, anyone?). And, we like to think we've figured out the best way to do things, so that we can continue to save our clients time, money, and brain cells.
